Camp Noam
NOAM Olami is an international network of the conservative youth movement, which brings together conservative Jewish youth from around the world aged from 8 to 18 years. Our shared goal is to develop a Jewish identity and expand the knowledge of Conservative youth based on the values of NOAM:
- conservative judaism
- Zionism
- public life
- democracy
- Build the world
This global community of conservative youth allows for the exchange of ideas and experiences, gives an opportunity to learn from each other and, what is most important, belong to the supporting, caring extended and international family.
Branches of NOAM currently exist in 15 countries of the world: Australia, Uganda, Kenya, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Salvador, Colombia, Peru, of Spain, of France, Great Britain, Germany, Sweden and Ukraine.
NOAM Olami includes 32 branches, 3000 Khanihiv and close 600 madrichs.
NOAM Olami seeks to cultivate and encourage youth participation and leadership in Masorti communities in line with the movement's core values. The nature of NOAM Olami's activities includes (depending on the country): weekly events in branches, activities, related to the dates of the Jewish calendar, training of madrichs and branch coordinators, national summer and winter camps, madricha exchanges for summer camps, and regional and global conferences and workshops.
