Yesterday we had an incredible opportunity to attend a wonderful concert of the folk vocal theater-studio “Aviv” from the city of Sumy!

For the first time, we got acquainted with the work of these talented artists back in the fall at the Volunteer Conference, of which we were participants. Then they impressed us so much with their energy and skill, that we had a dream to see their performance again, but already in our native city of Chernivtsi. And dreams have the ability to come true!

This beautiful meeting was made possible by synergy and cooperation. When Elizaveta Sherstyuk, head of the ensemble and head of Hesedu m. Amounts, called the head Chernivtsi community of conservative Judaism Aviv Lev Kleiman with news, that the team is ready to visit us with a concert, Lev introduced Elizaveta to the head The Jewish community of Chernivtsi Shapsa Averbuch, which is not the first time organizing great concerts for everyone, who is interested in Jewish music and culture.

The result exceeded all expectations! It was powerful, interesting, soulful and extremely talented! The audience remained delighted.

Once again, we would like to express our warmest thanks Ukraine JDC and the team Volunteer Community Ukr! Thank you for our meetings, conferences and Walkathons. After all, these are not only playgrounds, where we learn a lot of new things, we do good and share experience, but also a space for the birth of such extremely interesting acquaintances, which later develop into major cultural events!
