Family camp “Mishpakhton Yahad”

Day 2. In our camp, we started the day not only with the traditional morning prayer, but also from practices, which helped to truly feel yourself, your body and breath.

We searched for the meaning of Shaharit not only in words, and in silence, movement and presence. Breathing exercises, gentle awakening, awareness of a new day — all this has become part of our alternative morning practice.

It was a time of peace, connection with oneself and the world around, time, when everyone could be heard - even without words.

Morning, that opens the heart.

Shaharit, that touches the soul.

One of these alternative Shakharits was held for us by wonderful girls from the "Women's Club" of. Kyiv. Thank you for the opportunity to start the day comfortably and interestingly!

Shacharit - morning prayer, with which the day begins.

This is the moment of awakening - not only of the body, and souls. Time to give thanks for a new day, for life, for light, What returns.

The words are heard in Shaharit, which help to see the beauty of the ordinary: gratitude for the ability to see, stand, breathe, understand.

This is a prayer for light, clarity, direction.

Shacharit is a daily reminder: every morning is a new beginning.

Our youngest and teenagers, together with their madriches, performed the classic Shakharit to the guitar and favorite melodies.
