Family camp is not only a vacation, but also exchange of experience, knowledge and inspiration.
Before Shabbat, we had a warm meeting, where adults shared everything, that they know (and love) about Shabbat.
Someone talked about traditions, someone - about personal meanings, and someone simply inspired to be in the moment.
It was homely, sincerely and very Sabbath-like ![]()
And then there was Shabbat, but we will not tell you about him![]()

Gavdala is a special moment. We say goodbye to Shabbat and at the same time open the door to a new week.
Candle light, the aroma of spices, the sound of the blessing—all these help us draw the line between the holiness of Shabbat and the mundane.
In the camp, we ended Shabbat with a joint Havdalah - with songs, hugs and warm light. May everyday life be filled with meaning, kindness and warmth, which we took with us from Shabbat.
